Immergas offers an extremely wide range of products, from wall-hung to floor standing boilers, from classic to condensing technology, from water heaters to options to be delivered with the boilers.

Immergas does not just assemble boilers, it manufactures some of the components such as copper pipes and AISI 316L water tanks.

In the copper pipe manufacturing area, several diameter and shape pipes are, they will then be used to connect various boiler components.

Cutting, bending and splaying procedure are automatically performed by robotized machineries. Washing and automatic welding are processed afterward.

The company manufacturing area includes a Tooling dept. and Workshop dept.

The Tooling dept. is to be considered as a ”company in the company” as it is a department serving others; in fact , beside creating the molds employed in several manufacturing areas, it performs ordinary and extra-ordinary servicing of all company molds.

The Workshop dept. main activity is metal sheet processing (pressing), and its manufacturing processes are engineered in order to obtain semi-finished products such as lids, storage tank bodies, casings and chassis.
