QUALITY
An additional Immergas strength is its Quality dept.
Since 1994 Immergas is a certified company (ISO 9000), and that testifies Immergas thorough respect for the international rules of Quality Assurance Systems, and its goal of improving management of all company processes, and constant general enhancement.
The certification includes product manufacturing, engineering, and development processes. In fact the whole company structure organization is involved in the certification , in order to insure Total Quality in engineering, manufacturing and after sale service of gas boilers, gas water heaters, and relevant accessories.
As a general rule the Quality dept. activities involve:
- check of incoming material from external supplier
- monitoring of all production lines
- designate critical areas and developing enhancement actions for continuous improvement
- perform analysis and verifications of non conformities
- implement inspection, inside the company, in order to check Quality System efficacy
- test new models and instruments for quality management
In addition to the above, Immergas includes a so called “Cabina Clienti” dept., its main target is sample checking the end product, in percentage of the daily production quantity in a lot. In such relatively small laboratory, several testing work stations are positioned, they serve the purpose of repeating the checks performed on the production lines and additional ones.
